Electronic control assembly workshop: anti-static assembly table, wire harness processing equipment, board adjustment tooling equipment, PCB chip mounting and manual soldering equipment for plug-ins, outsourced batch SMT chip mounting and wave soldering;
Complete machine assembly line: multiple segmented air conditioning unit assembly lines, equipped with pneumatic tightening equipment, automatic refrigerant filling machines, and fan assembly fixtures, enabling standardized assembly of top-mounted units, built-in locomotive air conditioners, and multi-connected refrigeration units on an assembly line. The daily production capacity can support the simultaneous scheduling of large batches of self-developed and OEM orders;
Mold processing support: We have independently developed specialized molds for air conditioning ducts, filter components, installation brackets, and fan disassembly and assembly, significantly shortening the mold development cycle for new OEM products and reducing customer customization costs.
♦ Main monitoring, measuring, and testing equipment
Comprehensive performance testing station: Precisely detect air volume, real-time temperature at various monitoring points, current value, voltage value, high and low pressure values, simulate indoor and outdoor high-temperature extreme environments, monitor cooling rate, and the custom-developed testing system automatically determines whether it is qualified;
Electrical safety testing equipment: PCB board aging chamber, voltage tester, insulation resistance tester, grounding resistance tester, full-item testing of inverter, variable frequency power supply, control mainboard, wire harness insulation, short circuit prevention, and anti-interference capability; outsourcing for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing;
Tightness testing equipment: refrigerant leak detector, rain testing station, fully immersed water tightness testing box;
Vibration and Shock Testing Equipment: This equipment replicates the continuous vibration and instantaneous shock conditions encountered by locomotives during operation. It verifies the anti-vibration performance of air conditioning and power supply structures, pipelines, and connectors, thereby eliminating potential faults in train operation;
Precision dimensional testing instruments: three-coordinate measuring machines and high-precision calipers are used to perform full-dimensional accuracy verification on sheet metal structural components and precision stamped parts;
Complete vehicle simulation loading tooling: Produce connecting tooling for the air outlet and return air inlet of various locomotive models. After the finished products are matched with the tooling, they are pushed into the comprehensive performance testing station for actual testing to ensure that the assembly dimensions and interfaces are fully compatible.
