My driver‑side inverter air conditioner has passed inspection by the Air Conditioner Testing Center of the Aviation Industry Corporation.
2002-03-18
In March 2002, the variable-frequency air conditioners for RS-series locomotives passed inspection by the Air Conditioner Accreditation Laboratory of the National Inspection Bureau for Import and Export Commodities—the Air Conditioner Testing Center of the Aviation Industry Corporation. This successful certification signifies that all performance parameters of our company’s RS‑series locomotive air conditioners have met national import‑export inspection standards. This not only ensures reliable products for our customers but also lays a solid foundation for future research, development, and next‑generation design of the RS‑series variable‑frequency air-conditioning systems.
“High standards, stringent requirements” and “integrated products” drive market success.
2002-04-11
On April 11, 2002, our company’s RS‑III variable-frequency air-conditioning system for internal‑combustion and electric locomotives passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal conducted by the National Science and Technology Commission and the Zhengzhou Railway Bureau. This approval demonstrates that the RS‑III locomotive variable-frequency air-conditioning system, independently developed and designed by our company, has successfully met all requirements for the integrated production and operation of air-conditioning units and power‑supply systems.
Anticipate customer needs and enhance service quality.
2004-02-16
Guided by the principle of meeting user needs and providing superior service, our company has, after careful deliberation, decided to initiate a phased, free upgrade of the RS‑I locomotive variable‑frequency air-conditioning systems currently in use by our first batch of customers—the Nanchang Railway Bureau—starting June 5, 2003. The upgraded system will be the RS‑III model. This initiative has received unanimous praise from our customers and has helped establish a strong reputation for our after-sales service.
Our company’s RT-III pneumatic vessel pipeline conveying system has passed certification.
2022-05-12
On October 30, 2003, our company’s diversified business project—the RT‑III pneumatic container pipeline conveying system—passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal conducted by the National Science and Technology Commission and the Zhengzhou Railway Bureau. The system has now been successfully implemented at Wuchang East Station in Hubei, supporting train marshalling operations.
Proactively “striking” to ensure high utilization rates, helping train attendants enjoy a “cool” summer.
2004-03-01
To standardize the maintenance and service of locomotive air-conditioning systems and to implement Document No. 228 (2001) issued by the Ministry of Railways and the railway bureaus, thereby ensuring the proper operation of these systems and enabling train crews to enjoy a “cool” summer, our company, starting February 20, 2004, organized maintenance teams into four groups based on the distribution of users. Over a period of nearly three months, we carried out comprehensive, individualized maintenance and repair work on more than 200 locomotives equipped with our variable-frequency air-conditioning systems, thus guaranteeing the reliable operation of the air-conditioning systems during the summer season.
Signed a contract with Hubei Xiaogan Sanjiang Group for the manufacturing and machining of rolling mill rolls.
2004-03-03
After more than a month of negotiations, on March 3, 2004, our company signed a contract with Hongyang Machinery Factory, a subsidiary of Hubei Xiaogan Sanjiang Group, for the manufacture and machining of nearly 100 rolls, with an anticipated completion and delivery date of June 15, 2004. This project will employ HVOF technology to perform surface treatment and strengthening on specialized rolls.
Continuous Pursuit of Progress and Innovation — The RS‑IV Locomotive Variable‑Frequency Air‑Conditioning System Has Been Launched
2004-03-19
Building on continuous feedback and suggestions from users regarding our previous products, and through ongoing refinements by our team, we successfully launched the RS‑IV locomotive variable‑frequency air-conditioning system in February 2003. Compared with earlier models, this new system boasts significantly enhanced stability, more user‑friendly operation, and simplified maintenance. Its introduction not only broadened our core product portfolio but also further matured our locomotive variable‑frequency air-conditioning offerings.
Unremitting Efforts Yield Another Triumph
2004-03-31
In March 2004, the RS‑IV locomotive air-conditioning dedicated power supply designed by our company successfully passed the electromagnetic compatibility tests conducted at the NERCCT National Engineering Research Center for Converter Technology’s Testing Laboratory. This test represents the most authoritative national-level certification in the locomotive air-conditioning field, and its successful completion demonstrates that our company now possesses robust R&D and manufacturing capabilities in this area.
Boldly Pioneering: Secured the First Contract for Installing Air Conditioning on Shaoshan Type 6 Locomotives
2004-06-14
On June 9, 2004, our company signed a contract with the Sanmenxia West Locomotive Depot of the Luoyang Railway Sub‑Bureau for the retrofitting of variable‑frequency air conditioning systems on SS6 locomotives. On June 12, our personnel traveled to the Baoji Electric Power Section to commence installation of the first such air-conditioning system.
