Production Equipment
The company owns over 4000 square meters of modern factory buildings, with an annual production capacity of 2000 sets of standardized locomotive air conditioning systems (air conditioners and power supplies). Major production equipment and testing methods include: air conditioner assembly and debugging production line, air conditioner power supply assembly and debugging production line, various welding machines such as supersonic arc, sub-arc and CO2, plasma cutting machine, underwater airtight testing device, imported CNC refrigerant automatic filling equipment, multi-point temperature portable inspection instrument, intelligent electrical parameter measurement cabinet (variable frequency harmonic), YF intelligent withstand voltage tester, grounding resistance tester, digital oscilloscope, hydraulic bending machine, hydraulic shearing machine, open deep throat press and various machine tools. It owns large-scale testing equipment such as a locomotive basic power sudden change test bench and a driver's cab high-temperature environment simulation load test room. Due to the complete joint debugging and testing means, it can not only ensure the quality of air conditioners and power supplies upon leaving the factory, but more importantly, improve the reliability of air conditioners and power supplies in actual matching applications.
