To standardize the maintenance and service work of locomotive air conditioning units and to implement the Ministry of Railways and Bureau (2001) No. 228 document, ensuring the normal operation of locomotive air conditioning units, allowing crew members to have a 'cool' summer, our company started on February 20, 2004, according to user distribution, arranged maintenance teams in four directions, to carry out a nearly 3-month one-by-one maintenance and repair work on more than 200 locomotives installed with our company's locomotive variable frequency air conditioning systems to ensure the normal operation of the air conditioning system in the summer.

Signed a contract with Hubei Xiaogan Sanjiang Group for the manufacturing and processing of rolling mills

After more than a month of negotiations, on March 3, 2004, our company signed a contract with Hongyang Machinery Factory, a subsidiary of Hubei Xiaogan Sanjiang Group, for the manufacture and processing of nearly 100 rolls, with a planned completion and delivery date of June 15, 2004. In March 2004, our company's designed RS-IV type locomotive air conditioning dedicated power supply successfully passed the electromagnetic compatibility test of the NERCCT Converter Technology National Engineering Research Center Experimental Center. This experiment is the most authoritative national-level certification in the field of locomotive air conditioning. The passing of this experiment marks that our company has possessed relatively solid R&D and production technology in this field.

Boldly pioneering, we secured the first contract for retrofitting air conditioning units on the Shaoguan Type 6 locomotives.

On June 9, 2004, our company signed a contract with the Sanmenxia West Locomotive Depot of the Luoyang Railway Bureau for the installation of variable frequency air conditioning systems on SS6 locomotives. On June 12, our personnel went to the Baoji Power Supply Section to carry out the installation work on the first air conditioning system.

From June 16 to July 28, 2005, our company completed the installation and modification of air conditioning systems for 28 DF4B and D type diesel locomotives belonging to the Jiang'an Locomotive Depot of Wuhan Railway Bureau. The locomotives were gradually put into operation and commissioned starting from June 18. This was the first Bidding project since the establishment of the Wuhan Railway Bureau. During operation, the RS-IV/NR locomotive air conditioning system showed stable quality and good cooling effects, receiving unanimous praise from the crew!
