On November 28, 2011, our company successfully held a mobilization meeting for the implementation of the International Railway Industry Standard (IRIS), marking the official commencement of our IRIS certification work. IRIS is formulated by the Union of the European Railway Industries (UNIFE) and has received strong promotion and support from the four major system manufacturers (Bombardier, Siemens, Alstom, and Ansaldo). IRIS is based on the international quality standard ISO 9001 and is an expansion of ISO 9001. It is specifically designed for the railway industry to assess its management systems.
Nanche Ziyang Locomotive Co., Ltd.'s on-site audit at our company was successfully completed

On December 13, 2011, the evaluation team from CSR Ziyang Locomotive Co., Ltd. conducted an on-site audit of our company as a key supplier. Through this audit, both sides conducted in-depth discussions on technical cooperation, procurement logistics management, and process quality control, enhancing mutual trust and creating favorable conditions for closer cooperation in the future. This audit was also the first on-site audit of suppliers conducted by CSR Ziyang Locomotive Co., Ltd. after implementing the IRIS system. CSR Ziyang Locomotive Co., Ltd., founded in 1966, is the only locomotive manufacturing enterprise in western China built and developed by the Ministry of Railways. The company is a key enterprise in the eight major product chains of major equipment in Sichuan Province and one of the key cultivation enterprises of "large groups and large enterprises" in Sichuan Province. It plays an important role in the independent innovation of major equipment manufacturing and the development of the western region of China. The company has cumulatively manufactured various types of locomotives, ranking second domestically, and exported to 16 countries in Asia, Africa, and America. It is the largest locomotive supplier to Turkmenistan and Vietnam. The company's engines are used in locomotives, ships, and power generation, and it is a well-known supplier of complete sets of equipment for engineering vessels and high-power gas turbines. The company's medium-speed engine crankshafts have a domestic market share of 70% and are exported to countries such as Germany, Japan, the United States, South Korea, India, and Pakistan. It is the largest locomotive crankshaft supplier to India.
New 'fully compatible' power supply products are now in production

Our company's independently developed new locomotive air conditioner “fully compatible” power supply product has successfully passed 18 rigorous tests by the Ministry of Railways Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. This Model power supply is a locomotive frequency conversion air conditioning power supply product with a wide AC/DC input and two-stage (multi-stage) output. Its compatibility covers various DC drive locomotives and various air conditioning units. This technology obtained a utility model patent in February 2012, Certificate No.: ZL201120236141.5. This type of power supply can achieve a “seamless” replacement of existing various types of air conditioning power supply products.
Our company successfully completed the SS6B air conditioning power supply upgrade and renovation project for the Xiangyang Locomotive Depot.

On April 28, 2012, with the strong support of the Xiangyang Locomotive Depot of Wuhan Railway Bureau, our company successfully completed the update and transformation of the dedicated air conditioning power supply for the SS6B locomotive. To meet the technical requirements of the Kazakhstani users, the air conditioning products provided this time have undergone special cold-protection treatment based on the original design. The official signing of the contract for the first mainline freight diesel locomotive ordered by Kazakhstan from CSR Ziyang Locomotive Co., Ltd. marks the first foray of "Made in China" locomotives into the Kazakhstani mainline freight diesel locomotive sector, further expanding the influence of "Made in China" locomotives in the Central Asian rail transit equipment market. "Made in China" locomotives will perform traction tasks on Kazakhstan's railway lines, competing with American locomotives.
